For our kitchen, we were working with a fantastic designer who was going to work closely with whoever we chose. After our first meeting with Foggy Ridge, we (my wife, our designer and I) were all impressed with their presentation, and chose them for the work. From start to finish, Foggy Ridge did an excellent job. We visited their woodworking facility, where our cabinets would be manufactured, toured a local quarry to pick the granite for the countertops, and worked closely with their project manager and the team of talented construction, electrical and plumbing people throughout the process. Our designer was also able to work seamlessly with the Foggy Ridge team, going over designs and measurements, and making sure everything came together. Now, keep in mind, this was a very big kitchen project with lots of moving parts. No project of this magnitude is going to go perfectly. There will always be bumps along the way. I gave Foggy Ridge five stars because their team were extremely talented, prompt, and very easy to work with, plus they addressed any issue that came up swiftly and thoroughly. Their owner, John, obviously takes great pride in his team's work and he himself is a master craftsman who will go the extra mile to make things right should a problem come up. Not only that, John is very funny! I first connected with John during a time when I was dealing with major concerns regarding trim work, craftsmanship, and overall attention to detail in our custom home. Samples were sent to me so I could visually see the product and staining choices. After our basement was entirely destroyed by flooding the team at Foggy Ridge were absolutely fantastic. They listened, they made promises about what they'd deliver and when, and then they stuck to their promises. Fantastic. The quality of the work is outstanding - my wife and I have decided that the flood was actually a blessing because our guest room is finished so much better than it was in every way! We highly recommend these guys - will use them again 100%. Oh... spoiler alert!!! The beautiful wooden cheese board they gave us at the end is already in general rotation in our kitchen!
